Best selection / best price / most for trade-in Great dealership, I look for 3 things, 1) best selection 2) best price & 3) most for my trade-in. Liberty Ford was the best in all three categories. Also, I was looking for a harder to find F150, wanted the 3.5 Ecoboost & max tow package in an XLT, these guys had 3-4 of them, the other dealers had maybe 1. The Sales Manager (Patrick) worked hard to meet my payment requirements, even called me on a Saturday morning to say he got to my number, who calls you on a Saturday? Nice. Yep, if you're looking for a Ford in the Greater Cleveland area, you need to check out Liberty Ford first. More
The Walmart of Car Dealers I purchased a year old Ford Explorer and the experience was dreadful. After agreeing on a price, I was told it would just be an hour or so before I me I purchased a year old Ford Explorer and the experience was dreadful. After agreeing on a price, I was told it would just be an hour or so before I met with the finance team. Three hours later I inquired how much longer it would be. I was told that I was next. I then saw a few of the other sales people gather in the finance for a B.S. session that lasted another 45 minutes only to have the finance guy then leave to for a cigarette break. Upon his return, he brought in another customer. I waited over 4 hours to finally get in. When I finished with financing I was then told that they forgot to send my car to detailing, but it would only be another hour or so. Finally, I got the vehicle I purchased only to realize that it didn’t have floor mats. The sales person said they were missing and would have to be ordered. Nearly a month later and I still don’t have floor mats. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU EXPECT DECENT SERVICE More
Did not do service they claimed they did. Took my Ranger in orig. for air bag recall. I do most repairs on this veh,however with recalls the dealer handles. I have over 276,000 miles on this veh, never had any issues. With in a couple of weeks of getting my truck back, it broke down on me... Electrical system shut down totally. I called liberty Ford and mentioned what it happened they told me to get it towed in and they would take a look at it, I also mentioned to him that it was just in the shop for service on the airbag. I had it towed to them, spoke with their service guy Dan. He said they would get it and give me a call with what they found. I stopped in a couple days later, and the truck is not been moved from where the tow truck driver left it. I went in and spoke with Dan, he had been off the day before and nothing had been done with my truck. He immediately got a hold of his service technician and said they would get it in within 45 minutes. Dan did call me back within a couple hours and say The battery was so dead they couldn't charge it and they would have to install a new one to even go through an electrical analysis. The battery cables were very corroded on the terminals. Battery was only two years old that I bought from Walmart, but they needed a core for their new battery so that kind of put me in a no-win situation to try to go back on Walmart for a battery. Later that day, Dan did call me back said they ran a total analysis and it was needing an alternator. Bottom line, around $600 for everything. Seemed a little pricey but I told him to do it anyhow. The next day I called and they said my truck was done and come and get it. I did ask them if they would send me a shuttle driver because I did not have a way over there in which they were very accommodating and sent a gentleman over to pick me up. I brought my truck home and parked it. I looked under the hood to see my new alternator and battery and noticed that the jug that contains antifreeze was almost empty . On my original invoice for the warrantee airbag inflator on the bottom they stated they did a thorough inspection of fluids wipers battery tires brakes safety systems and components. They did not charge me for this however it is on the bottom of their invoice.. This is where my problem of concern is. Not only is that on the one with they did the airbag, it is also the same thing performed on the bottom of the repair for the alternator and battery. My question is , if this inspection was done why would there be corrosion on the top of my original battery as stated by the service writer. Also if this inspection was done and fluids were checked why would my antifreeze jug be virtually empty. And. It continues to get better. After leaving my driveway Sunday morning, my transmission started to fail a quarter of a mile away from my home . It left me stuck in the middle the road for about one minute and then engaged. I managed to make it back to my driveway, checked the automatic transmission fluid and found it was a quart low. Some Inspection, I'm glad they didn't charge me for doing nothing. Almost cost me more money. As a matter of fact it really does make me wonder if the original repair on the airbag didn't cause the short in the electrical system . No way of knowing, but I will guarantee you, I would never take a vehicle to a place that claims they preform work when in fact they don't. Very disappointed Liberty Ford in Brunswick , my last two trucks came from you, sorry for your loss of my future business.. More

Service dept. I had a recall on my Edge for the airbag. Once the part came in Tim contacted me and set up an appointment to take care of it. He got my Edge in, re I had a recall on my Edge for the airbag. Once the part came in Tim contacted me and set up an appointment to take care of it. He got my Edge in, replaced the air bag, and got me going in a short period of time. Tim was pleasant, efficient and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Liberty Ford and their service department to anyone. More

Bob Forsythe talked with his mananger who agreed to give us our truck for the same price as the one we were interesed in online and helped us to be comfortable with our monthly payment.
