Your service department needs a major overhaul. I took my 2008 Mustang (that I bought from Liberty 2 months before) to the service dept. The battery was dead. I purchased a new battery 2 weeks before. They said that it was fine and when it happened again have it towed in and in would be easier to diagnose the problem. I did. It cost me $122. I called and Dan said "Oh when it got here, we jumped it." I asked why I had to tow it in on August 19. He didn't have an answer.I also told him that the AC wasn't working. I called a week later and they didn't get approval for the AC and they had not looked at the battery problem. I called repeatedly and Dan would say " we really haven't found the problem yet. I'll have to talk to my boss. He's in a meeting." There was no return phone call. The boss should be fired if all he does is go to meeting. What a lame excuse. On Oct. 20th I picked up the car and took it to Gillingham Ford. They fixed it in a week. 2 MONTHS I WAITED FOR MY CAR. I will never purchase another car from Liberty again. I have purchased 6 new cars from Liberty and 1 used car. Never again. I tell everyone that I know don't go to Liberty for anything.
