The cover over the battery prohibits me from determining what make and quality was used, but the most expensive batteries sold by Napa for standard used in an automobile is $259.99. Even if I accept the installation fee of $100 for a few minutes work, that’s $359.99, 20% lower then your charge of $461. I just can’t believe that a new battery is worth $461 and can no longer recommend your service department to others. More
