The service department people for Liberty did not even greet me nor did they show any hospitality. Service advisora need to learn how to acknowledge customers when they walk in. This was my second time visiting this dealership. Setting an appointment was easy and we dropped off our vehicle the night before the visit. The tech sent a video showing a couple of the main items that they would normally inspect. We went in with a few complaints that they could not duplicate. It's the second time we've complained about them, but they do not seem to be able to identify the problems. I spoke with my service advisor, Tony, and he offered other services to me that I denied, and his tone changed quickly. He went on about how much time the tech had into diagnosis, and he was not going to charge me for that - just the oil change. The oil change went from an 89.95 "special coupon" to $159.95!!! I questioned him about that and he said "well, we didn't charge you for the diagnosis". It was as if I was supposed to grant them an extra money for issues he told me he wasn't charging me for. My vehicle is a Grand Cherokee with a 5.7 and it uses conventional 5W20 motor oil - but I did not get offered conventional oil - they only have synthetic! In checking around at other repair facilities I found I could get a complete synthetic oil change (if I wanted synthetic oil) for $39.95. Guess I know where I am going in the future - and it's not Liberty! More
