Went there for a simple oil change and added on a fuel treatment. Arrived there 30 min prior to opening and was second in line. Finally got word that my truck was complete 2.5 hours later. Found out they treatment. Arrived there 30 min prior to opening and was second in line. Finally got word that my truck was complete 2.5 hours later. Found out they stripped my drain plug, which they did replace, but it was cross threaded on there by the previous tech at the same facility. Sorry, but 2.5 hours is ridiculous for an oil change and an additional procedure that I was told by the service guy, would only take, “about 15-20” minutes. It took me asking what the heck was going on at the 2 hour mark. Also, I asked them to wash the outside of the truck and they decided to not wash the back of the truck. Lastly, after all this the tech didn’t bother to reset the oil change meter in the truck. Again, causing me to go back inside to see if I could get someone to reset it. All in all, poor service experience this past go around. More
