I needed a fix for a recall. My car was dropped off 8/27. I spoke with Brian - twice - and he said he would fix recall and then let me know what else was needed. I had to reach out on 09/04. I received a reply saying the Jeep was good to go and could be picked up at anytime. When I arrived that evening, I waited for over 20 minutes, to be told my Jeep should have a new battery for $400. I declined this and I was told - "do not turn the Jeep off - drive all the way home - probably will not start again." By the following evening - my Jeep will not start. Worse - the recall part that was supposed to be fixed - the ignition switch - is choppy and sticks. My jeep key does not turn easily. Finally, there is a sticker on my panel - next to the ignition switch - that was placed there by this shop. The sticker has instructions on how you must now push the key in a certain way to stop and start the vehicle. More

I had a phenomenal experience with both Nico and Brian this week for service on both my Renegade and my Wrangler. Both Service Advisors were extremely professional, attentive to my needs, and kept me abr this week for service on both my Renegade and my Wrangler. My appointment was rescheduled from 10am to 8am and no loaner cars were avaliable. I had to sit at the dealership while the repairs were done. The tech said he didn't know if the 500 dollar would fix it a loaner cars were avaliable. I had to sit at the dealership while the repairs were done. More likely to go to local shop for future repairs. More
Screwed up my loaner and didn't have one available when I dropped off my vehicle. Brendan went above and beyond trying to get one but nothing was available.
