I watched him talk to other customers and keeping them up to date on their services even if their vehicle wasn’t ready. He gave realistic timing and offered a rental if needed. He went above and beyond! More

My insurance agent recommended Liberty Auto city when I realized I didn't have "rental car" in my coverage, she said that not only do they do great w My insurance agent recommended Liberty Auto city when I realized I didn't have "rental car" in my coverage, she said that not only do they do great work, they're the only bodyshop left that gives a loaner car while they're fixing your car. This was extremely helpful AND they did a BEAUTIFUL job - she looks brand new. Everyone was very helpful and efficient, I hope to work with them again...not under these circumstances of course :-) More
