I was spoken to on arrival by a professional person, the diagnosis was effectively developed and communicated to me, the work was done properly, but the cost seems outrageous. The cover over the battery prohibits me from determining what make and quality was used, but the most expensive batteries sold by Napa for standard used in an automobile is $259.99. Even if I accept the installation fee of $100 for a few minutes work, that’s $359.99, 20% lower then your charge of $461. I just can’t believe that a new battery is worth $461 and can no longer recommend your service department to others. More
