Recently leased a new vehicle and the process was very efficient. Infact as in all experiences there are some roadblocks, but with a dealer that knows what they are doing they were easily circumvented and efficient. Got to dealership, was checked in promptly explained what service would be completed and given an ETA for my service to be completed. They missed that I needed new brakes when I brought in my car not too long ago for an oil change. I had to get new brakes because it was not metal on metal. Got my car back and it looked like they went throu car not too long ago for an oil change. I had to get new brakes because it was not metal on metal. Got my car back and it looked like they went through my glove compartment and threw my tire pressure gage on the floor. The passenger side door had grease on it. The number card that hangs on my rear view mirror was tossed in the floor. Not pleased. More
