Bought a new 2024 Subaru Forster Wilderness for my college freshman daughter. The car speaks for itself, she loves it. What stands out beyond the car is the customer care, the attention to her and patience as she landed on this being her car. As far as I was concerned, my daughter was the customer. The Liberty team never lost sight of the importance of making her feel welcome, comfortable, never dismissed, demeaned, or ran over her questions or concerns, whether they were technical, features, accessories, etc. When it came down to yes/no on the car and pricing, they didn't shift the focus entirely to me as the person paying. They took the time to invest in a personal relationship with the future driver of the car and repeatedly reinforced that she has their cell numbers and not to be shy about calling. Kudos to Christian, Mike, Dan, Mario for bringing someone new into the world of Subaru passion, I'm grateful for her experience. ~Jeffrey More

Went in a week prior asking if the jeep can be kept inside (it is a classic jeep and garage kept) they said no and that it would be a couple days before they could look at the problem. I opted instead inside (it is a classic jeep and garage kept) they said no and that it would be a couple days before they could look at the problem. I opted instead to make an appointment for a Monday morning to try to limit the time it would be at the shop and in the elements. I showed up on time for the monday appointment and they still didnt look at the jeep for 2 days. Why bother making an appointment? Then they ordered a part. Part arrives and then $890 and five more days...the part didnt fix the entire problem. They want another $1000 and another week to try again. I said no. So two weeks later I got my jeep back without the original problem fixed and with a new set of scratches on the passenger door. Worst service experience of my life. More
We picked up our brand new 2024 Jeep Overland last Monday, Oct. 14, 2024. When we got home, we discovered several small dents and numerous scratches on the right front fender. We never would have accepted the car had we seen these defects before driving home. I am very disappointed that these defects weren't discovered and identified by the dealer before we picked up the car. Once we discovered the defects, we immediately took the car back. Much to my disappointment, we were informed that the earliest a loaner car would be available is Wednesday, October 30, and that repairs would start on Thursday, October 31 and require several days. To summarize, we paid for a brand-new car and what we are getting stuck with is a car that had been damaged before we took delivery. Accordingly, we are VERY dissatisfied! More
