Took my car to the dealership to get an oil changed. The technicians ended up breaking my oil cooler while doing the oil change but wouldn’t admit to fault and told me it would be $1300 to fix after the The technicians ended up breaking my oil cooler while doing the oil change but wouldn’t admit to fault and told me it would be $1300 to fix after the fact. Sales associate at the dealership was calling me while I was in Communications with the service center offering an upgrade to my car since it was in for service. Seems like a rather shady and completely inappropriate way to conduct business. I took my vehicle elsewhere to get the oil cooler fixed that they broke and will never return to this dealership for business again. More
