The people here are down to earth, friendly and not pushy in an uncharming way. Never did I believe they were not committed to making a sale; however, it was a casual and professional atmosphere. I ended up with a better rate than I was expecting and quicker than expected. Even the guys in the service area were very helpful with moving things from my trade-in to my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I would definitely recommend to others. More

They don't believe or honor their own advertising. There are bunch of cheaters they will make stories that that advertisement was limited for a time or cutomers or blah blah blah. If you decide to buy a vehicle from them please take your time and look over your final pricing contract VERY closely. They use bait and switch selling tactics and hidden fees. One of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had! We agreed on a fare final price for the vehicle (very long process, they stall and wear you out over minor price differences). They prepped the car and we started to finalize all the paperwork (that took over an hour and a half). We were excited about buying a new car. They had us sign a bunch of standard forms and talked us into calling our insurance company to add the vehicle to our policy. The last form they asked us to sign was the pricing contract. I looked it over carefully (which seemed to annoy them) and noticed that they added $1000.00 to the original agreed price!!! I asked to speak to the sales person we were working with and they returned with the “sales manager”. He did not introduce himself to us but proceeded to tell us that we didn’t understand the pricing. I ask again to see the sale person we were working with and the manager left the room to find him. Tired of sitting there for so long, I decided to follow him into the showroom. They had to page the sale person a couple of times (he was hiding). Once we were able to talk to the sales person he was all flustered and said he made a mistake on the rebate (not true). The manager was still rude and we walked out on the deal very frustrated and upset. The kicker is that on the way home they called and asked us to come back and they would do the original deal. I wonder how many people they rip off with these tactics. Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I only received Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I only received one remote key where I was supposed to get 2 (Sales person assured me at least 3 times that I Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all I only received one remote key where I was supposed to get 2 (Sales person assured me at least 3 times that I am getting 2; even my trade had only one key and once again Mr. Ortiz made a comment stating that they are going to give me 2 keys and I'm giving them only one... Second of all I went there to get a car wash (about 25 mins drive) it took them 30 seconds to just rinse my car with water. After they pulled my car over the sales person told me that they are washed some of the dust of my car. WTF?! Third of all 2 months after my purchase they called me demanding more money because the transfer of my license plate was more expensive than they anticipated. Once again WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I told them that I refuse to pay because the transaction is over I paid everything I was supposed to pay; the guy who called me sai "ok, be like that" and then he hang up... Worst experience ever!!! Never will go there again and because of shady people like them I won't buy a car from a dealer. More
