I had a very pleasant stress-free experience purchasing a used car as well as trading in my old car. I worked a deal to receive 2 oil changes and tire rotations. Little did I know it was a set up and something you do for everybody. You charged me full price and said my deal expired. I would have never agreed to an expiration date. I spent nearly $100,000 at your Dealership in 2 years. Please reimburse me. I never thought I would have to read my contract to make an oil change appointment. I will not fill out anymore questions below until I hear from you.
