[Edit: nope, I'll select another marque just so I can submit this.] Between my wife and I, I think we've now purchased a total of 6 Subarus at Liberty AC, so you must be doing something OK. Hector Torres helped my wife purchase one in August 2024, and she was very pleased with her treatment, so that's who I asked for this week. I wasn't disappointed - Hector made it pretty easy, no pressure, and made me feel comfortable with the process. I would definitely recommend him. My only recommendation for your dealership is to see if the closing process could be expidited- it was about 1.5+ hours to get to agreement on a final sales price (three trips to "the manager"); then another 1.5+ hours the next day to complete the transaction, and that was with a bunch of info being provided in advance. My goal for day 2, completing the transaction, was 15 minutes, so we gotta work on that (and it was a cash transaction, no financing). Again, Kudos to Hector. ??There was a home delivery option?? More

Great costumers service. I was kept up to date with each step of the service.
