I told them something was wrong with the breaks a couple days after getting my truck. Took it in and they said nothing was wrong. Now a couple hundred miles later and the whole truck shakes when you touch t days after getting my truck. Took it in and they said nothing was wrong. This is the best Jeep dealership I’ve visited, offering great deals and excellent customer service. They went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. Chris Acker is one of the best salespeople there. A great deals and excellent customer service. They went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. Chris Acker is one of the best salespeople there. After visiting a few other Jeep dealerships, this one truly stands out. I highly recommend it! 5 stars! More
It was pretty good service we were able to get up and over minor obstacles. At the end of the day I still went home with my new car. over minor obstacles. At the end of the day I still went home with my new car. More
I’m not sure if this is a dealership issue or more of an issue with the corporate side of things but it took almost 3 to have my problem, diagnosed And fixed. While, I did have my car this entire time. It w issue with the corporate side of things but it took almost 3 to have my problem, diagnosed And fixed. While, I did have my car this entire time. It was not fully functional because the screen had been removed which controls the heat, hazard signals, radio, and most other functions. I felt like communication could’ve been a little bit better from the dealership about what was going on. A positive is they did give me a lift back home after dropping the car off. The lifetime warranty covered everything except for the hundred dollar deductible but considering it took me two months to get an appointment and almost 3 months to have the issue fixed, it felt wrong. Lastly, after all of that I was happy just to get my car back and functioning again and thought I would at least get a free car wash out of this, but that wasn’t the case either. Even then, being disappointed and frustrated as I had been, I was just happy to have the car back; only to have the Radio CD player start making noises without touching any buttons….. I am dreading having to bring the car back again, only to have it not fully functional for another five months. More
