The service department people for Liberty did not even greet me nor did they show any hospitality. Service advisora need to learn how to acknowledge customers when they walk in. Then someone took me to the small cramped room to meet with a very nice gentleman Franco. The car was repaired ahead of scheduled time and Franco made the experience nice and friendly. More

What made our experience different from other experiences was our salesman Chris Mitchell. He was polite, helpful & available. He is an asset to the dealership. Mario, the Manager was helpful also.
