They seem to try to get things done in a reasonable time, they are polite and helpful, and willing to answer questions or explain things. Also, they take responsibility for their mistakes. When my car was brand new (300 miles on it), they accidently scraped the bumper while in their care, acknowledged it, and replaced the bumper at no cost to me. During the 10 days it took to get a new bumper and paint and install it, I was given a free loaner. More
