Paige Shaifer was great taking care of all my sales needs. We looked at 4 different vehicles, and she took the time with each one of them to go over them and let us test drive them we decided on the RA needs. Started by inquiring about a vehicle on their website. They called and said it wasn’t available, but invited me to come in and work with sales to order a vehicle that met my exact requirements. When I arrived the salesman told me ordering a vehicle like that isn’t possible. I told him the woman on the phone told me it was and he said yeah they say that. Then I worked with him to put a hold on a vehicle and put down a deposit. I knew it would take a while to ship and that was fine. After two weeks I emailed to check in and was told the vehicle I had put a deposit down on was gone. He offered to try and find another one for me, but I had enough and asked for my deposit back. I will say getting my deposit back was quick and not a hassle, but I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this dealership.
