I apologize for the difficult time you’ve had in purchasing a new Toyota. Over the past 24 months, production has been delayed several times for various reasons. We take orders with deposits to secure a place in line for every customer. We have no control over specific models and equipment. We are completely at the mercy of the manufacturer. We realize how frustrating it is for the consumer and we try to be transparent in all our transactions . We immediately refund any deposit when requested if the wait becomes intolerable.
