I called Lia Toyota and was interested in purchasing a RAV 4. The front desk connected me to Tina Zarlenga. I set up my appointment through her and she was my first contact at the dealer. He seemed like he genuinely cared. As well as very knowledgeable about the cars. I test drove 2 cars and a week later drove home my RAV 4. It was the perfect car and exactly what I was looking for. Before I picked up the car they inspected and detailed it as well as filled up the gas tank. The whole process was very smooth. I felt very comfortable at Lia Toyota in Wilbraham.
