I just bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Lia Toyota of Wilbraham and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. I’ve dealt with several different sales consultants over the last 2 months and Paige Schafer Wilbraham and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. I’ve dealt with several different sales consultants over the last 2 months and Paige Schafer from Lia Toyota was easily the best. She earned my trust right away and she made the entire process so easy and painless for me. My vehicle was registered, insured, inspected, and ready to be driven home in 1 afternoon. She kept me posted with updates through the whole process. The finance department was also very easy and pleasant to work with. Paige and Lia Toyota made me realize that buying a vehicle can actually be a smooth and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody. More

Your company wants to say there was a mix up on what was offered in the car I was interested but when I left your company it was clear that if you could install the back up camera we would agree on the disc offered in the car I was interested but when I left your company it was clear that if you could install the back up camera we would agree on the discounted price. Your employee called me back to finalize that Monday and re nigged on the offer saying now that I had to pick on me or the other. There def was NO confusion. More

Despite the current reality of the new car market being a seller's market, everyone at Lia Toyota was extremely customer-centric, knowledgeable, and patient - taking however long it took to make sure custome seller's market, everyone at Lia Toyota was extremely customer-centric, knowledgeable, and patient - taking however long it took to make sure customer got all questions answered.
