Our salesman Dave Benitez was friendly and did not pressure me for a sale. He answered all my questions and got me out on my test drives very quickly. I do like Lia Toyota and trust that they will do the best for me that they can. I bought my last two cars here at Lia...two RAV4's. My current vehicle is a 2018 RAV4. They helped me get the car I wanted and were wonderful to deal with. Most recently I went in for a fog light replacement and a sticker. I always wait because it doesn't generally take them too long plus they have a very comfortable waiting area. Cynthia Patrick is the Representative who helped me and she has always done a great job. Ms. Patrick is so nice and informative. She always keeps me updated on the status and timelines, making my visit so much better! More
We purchased our Ram Rebel from Lia Toyota back in July of 2022. After purchasing the truck we realized that after hitting bumps on the road the truck squeaked on the right side and the noise only increase of 2022. After purchasing the truck we realized that after hitting bumps on the road the truck squeaked on the right side and the noise only increased when we put our windows down. After speaking to the service department at Lia Toyota the same week we purchased they made an appointment with the Ram dealership and the Ram dealership “determined” that it was the bushings and link kits. After so much back and forth Lia Toyota canceled the parts order TWO times and then we were made aware that the parts were on back order. They assured us that they would fix the problem but that we had to wait until the parts came in and if those parts weren’t the issue they’d figure it out. However, the wait time was unknown. By the time the parts came in we are out of the warranty miles/date. BUT my husband had to contact the service department on January of 2023 to check if the parts arrived (we were told we’d receive a call when they came in if he wouldn’t have called god knows when we would’ve been notified) This process was already a nightmare because my calls weren’t getting returned appropriately by Lia Toyota, there was miscommunication with the both dealerships causing me to call back and forth, and the attitude we were receiving from Lias service department specifically the service assistant manager Kelly was very upsetting. The attitude was so inappropriate we made sure that we brought it to her attention. After my husband contacted the service department and was notified that the parts were received we scheduled the appointment to get the truck fixed. We were so relieved because finally a truck that we pay so much for was finally going to be fixed. I was notified that the truck was ready for pickup and that the issue was resolved. I questioned the assistant manager Kelly if the truck was driven and if the problem with the noise was resolved. She proceeded to lie to me and tell me that yes it was driven and it was resolved. As soon as we picked up the truck and my husband exited Lia Toyota the noise was not only still there but it was WORSE AND HIGHER. This noise can be heard from other cars (as I was driving a separate car and could hear our truck behind me). I contacted Lia Toyota and they apologized however I had to call them 3 times in order to finally get a response and schedule an appointment so they can access our truck AGAIN. They finally contacted me and let me know that their service manager drove the truck and determined that the noise was coming from inside the car. That there was something loose with one of the seats. LOL. So I proceeded to make the assistant manager aware that this noise was something that was coming from the outside and you could hear it from other cars. She then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing else they could do. I can’t even believe the treatment that we’ve received from this service department. All we wanted was our truck to be fixed as we pay an insane amount for it monthly. This is definitely a dealership that we will not return to and it’s unfortunate because we had a good experience with our salesperson. Hopefully, Lia Toyota of Wilbraham does not brush this review under their rug and takes action against their service department. What a disappointment. More
Waited 4 months for dealer to try to allocate highlander hybrid. I also had other dealerships farther out in mass and ct contact me about ones available but stuck with lia since I gave a deposit. After 4 month and leading me on several times including to a car they could get from ny in a trade but never did I had enough. Fortunately I got a refund after demanding. Next day I saw a CT dealer close buy had one available through Smartpath. I ordered it and got it hassle free a month later. Lia toyota of wilbraham IMO is useless. More
