I was on the hunt for very specific make and model car and Lia happened to have it in stock. The salesman Aleksandr Godlew was very accommodating, he came in on his day off to show me the car. I was very and Lia happened to have it in stock. The salesman Aleksandr Godlew was very accommodating, he came in on his day off to show me the car. I was very pleased with my experience with Alek. He was not overly pushy, but was really trying to make the car suitable for me. He had some cosmetic issues taken care of at my request for no extra cost. All went smoothly until it came down to the appointment with Ryan, who handles financing. We had a 3:00 appointment and were not seen until 4:00 due to him running late with other customers. We finally get invited into his office and within 5 minutes of us being there, not yet accomplishing anything, he answered a phone call that kept him tied up for 30 minutes while my wife and I sat in his office wondering when we would get started. We were so incredibly unimpressed with his unprepared and unorganized demeanor. We felt as though our time meant nothing to him and still we received nothing in return as an apology for wasting over an hour and a half of our day. Unfortunately with pre-owned cars, you have to buy them where they are available but if I were to buy a new car I would not return to Lia or I would ask for a different finance employee. More
