The service department doesn't value customer time. It took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. The they inflated the price to cover the coupon. My car only has 11k miles on it and as soon as I pulle It took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. The they inflated the price to cover the coupon. My car only has 11k miles on it and as soon as I pulled in they claimed I need a wheel alignment. I will not be going back. I will bring my cars to Balise instead. More
