This was my first time ever walking into a dealership, or even considering getting a new car, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I decided to go into the dealership just to look at the car, and after talking with Royce, I knew I was going to take out a Scion. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just so nice!! I never felt pressured, and he just lead the way for me to take out the Scion I really really loved. I wanted it the next day.. and without any problems.. he made it happen. Everytime I would call about fixing my credit rating, Mr. Ramos was always available, and he was busy at the moment with other customers, he would return my call within the hour. Secondly, the service personal, namely Dennis, kept me well-informed of my cars when they would need service in the near future. The cost of services were very reasonable. I never felt, or had to spend, large amounts of monies to have either car serviced. In addition, I never had to spend monies for services that my cars didn't need. Third, the Parts personal and the Cafeteria-style personal were also professional and courteous. Lastly, I would like to say that the times I have visited blauvelt toyota, I have never witnessed, nor experienced, any discrimination or felt as if I wasn't a valued customer.... Royce was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and the financing vs. leasing terms. We had a great experience and loved the car (2010 Corolla S).
