In regards to your concerns about treatment: We have a strict policy, in regards to customer treatment and fairness. Whether someone is coming in for a $5000 car,that person is treated with equal fairness and respect as someone coming in for an $85,000 car. No disrespect is ever intended. However that is not necessarily true in return. Both Yris and Sam tried their best. But apparently their best wasn't good enough to you. That is too be expected. You win some and you lose some, right? Now we have spoken to them, at length mind you, that maybe there was something they missed in your treatment. Again that is always a fair possibility. But, in regards to what Sam said, about Lexus being high-line; I does not mean they treat people any differently than we do. However; Lexus & other high-line dealerships do not get the same showroom traffic as a regular dealership, like us, do. Saying that we're busy was not meant as "we're too busy for you". So, in perception, a high-line dealership is more relaxed and seems more customer focused. But that does not mean we do not work equally as had. Also, It was meant as fair warning and an apology in advance, should you have to wait again. Now maybe Sam could have worded it better? But you and your wife were here. So I'm sure you both saw that both Yris and Sam scrambled as best as they could, and even did their best to get you information they did not know, readily, AND followed up with additional requested information. I understand that maybe it was incomplete, but they did attempt to complete what you requested. Yet that effort was still not to your satisfaction, correct? In all fairness, they worked very hard for you. Every customer is an investment. Not "just a sale." not being able to satisfy you doesn't just mean they don't get paid. But it also means they lose out on your referrals as well. They've both been in the business for a long time. They understand proper customer treatment. So please don't think ill of them. Take care and congratulations again on your Lexus purchase.
