At first I went to the dealership pretty clueless of the process for what it takes to lease a car. After my first initial visit to the dealership, I spoke with Royce Ramos who was very friendly and informat process for what it takes to lease a car. After my first initial visit to the dealership, I spoke with Royce Ramos who was very friendly and informative in all aspects from what it takes to lease a car, do a trade-in, and including every possible detail of the actual car I was interested in which was a 2013 Rav4.....From that first day, I spent a good 2 hours or so speaking with Royce Ramos. He was even kind enough to tell me that day that if I had any questions about anything, that I can contact him....and that I sure did. Later that day I contacted him with questions and he was still able to communicate with me very well and answer everything in detail.....Buying or Leasing a car is a long process and something you should think about carefully and ask as many questions as possible. When I spoke with Royce Ramos, he made me feel at ease with his knowledge and customer service......2 days later I came back to see him and not a thing about his customer service was any different from my first visit. Although it was a long process the 2nd day to finalize any paperwork, etc...From the moment he presented me the car and handed me the keys, his customer service was so helpful in may ways there after. He sat in the car with me and went over every possible little detail inside the car from actually setting up my bluetooth phone to where some important things were stored like the wheel lock key.......I was satisfied in the end when I drove off the lot with the car I chose.
