I met with Wayne and made his job easy by offering to get qualified first so he can better show me my options. The Toyota reputation sells itself, but in this case, the compassion, the high level of customer service and the support in helping me to get out of my lease from another dealership and into a high quality used finance deal was comforting. The team safely returned my car for me, they knew that for me to do it during work hours was problematic for me nor was it evident that I had the support to bring me around. I really appreciate your efforts on that. A trusted friend recommended that I go to this dealership, and I am happy that she did. A week later after meeting my new car and my salesman, Wayne, for the first time. I can say I have NO regrets. A car is a necessity in this town, and I am the sole supporter of my young family, so I am not in a position where someone can take advantage of my limited finances for a quick sale, as it is a long term decision that can add to our quality of life or drastically take away from it. Trust me, I prayed before I drove to Rockland Toyota. I began by browsing through the used cars. After a while, Royce Ramos approached my daughter and I. From the moment that Royce spoke to us to the moment that he sold us our 2016 Toyota RAV4 Limited, we were treated like family. Royce answered all of our questions and more. It was time for a new car so I returned to Rockland Toyota and was immediately greeted by Hamadi who was friendly, knowledgable, professional and very accommodating. I had thoughts on a Venza and test drove it. It was not what I was looking for in a new car. Then drove a Highlander and loved it. Decided to keep looking at other vehicles similar to it but not sold on any. Returned to Toyota several days later, and within an hour, I traded in the Sienna and was driving home in my new car. My experience with Hamadi and the rest of the Toyota team was amazing! I would recommend Rockland Toyota to anyone looking for a new car! More
