But at over 10 years now, this technology has proven very reliable. As has the Service department at this dealer. Exceptional Service beginning to end. My quest for a new car brought me to Lia Toyota of Rockland. There I met Fitzroy, who became my salesperson. Although I had an idea of what I wanted My quest for a new car brought me to Lia Toyota of Rockland. There I met Fitzroy, who became my salesperson. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I did not really have the time to do the full homework as to what would really meet my needs. In addition to that I am a very picky person. In short once I told Fitzroy what my needs were, he then helped my to zero in on the perfect vehicle that would not only meet my needs but also my wants. I was very floored by the fact that they (Fitzroy and Tara-the Locate manager) took the time to search every nook and cranny to ensure that I received my 2017 Highlander in my first choice color, even though there were other color choices available.
