He always acts in a very professional and helpful manner. I leased a Toyota Camry last week, and he made the whole process very easy. I trusted him to pick out the right car for me, and he did just that. The color was perfect (I have already gotten several compliments on this), and Wayne quickly and efficiently made me familiar with all the new accessories. Very professional and experience sales team Even thou my credit score was on the low side the sales staff at Lia didn't treat me as a number. I found Mr. Fitzroy Crooks to be very knowledgeable and competent, he went above and beyond in assisting me to select the perfect vehicle to fulfil my family needs and demands. After making my decision and test driving the vehicle Fitzroy then introduce me to the two Reggie’s (Young & Pierre) of their finance team. Both guys worked with me to obtain the best price for my trade in and new car, then create a payment plan within my budget. By the time I was finish with paper works, Fitzroy already went ahead and got my insurance and DMV requirements taken care of.
