Great experience with Fitz and Reggie Was a bit nervous walking into Rockland Toyota because of a past experience couple yrs ago. I went with the intention of sitting with the person that Was a bit nervous walking into Rockland Toyota because of a past experience couple yrs ago. I went with the intention of sitting with the person that I spoke to over the phone and was a little disappointed when I was told that he was out to lunch. I did not know what to expect from the sales person that I was about to sit with so I was a bit uneasy. It took less than 2mins into the conversation for me to started feeling comfortable. I felt like I was talking to someone I have known my whole life, we spoke and laugh like we were old friends, this to me was pretty amazing. Fitz cared about and understood my needs, he is also very knowledgeable about the products and took the time out to try and educate about the products.
