Positive Acquisition After searching the internet for a specific make and model I found a vehicle on the Lia Toyota of Rockland website that I wanted to see. My wife and I visited the dealer showroom unannounced that evening. Within 10 minutes Ana Collado introduced herself and i requested to see the used Sienna. She took us right to it and then for a test drive. No bait and switch like I experienced at another dealer. The asking price was very reasonable which is what got my attention. After some discussion with Ralph and Sam, we came to an agreement on the price of the vehicle and the price on my trade-in. We left a deposit and returned the next afternoon to pick up. Everything went very smooth and within 24 hours we left in our "new" 2014 Sienna XLE. More

Fitz took me down to the back of the lot to get them out of the car, and couldn't have been any nicer. I know they are only sunglasses, but the kindness of the staff to help me get them back will always stand out as an example of excellent customer service. More

In the past I’ve been “mansplained” or even worse, ignored during the process. Ralph defied all these stereotypes. He was personalabe, knowledgeable, and professional. He walked me through every detail and answered and explained my questions without being condescending. He genuinely cares about people and I feel that is what is missing in so many customer Service experiences. I will happily go back when it’s time to upgrade and I cannot say enough good things about him. More

Jonu Sam was not customer-centric at all from the minute I walked in. His tactics when discussing purchase price and trade-in value was beyond aggressive. It got to the point where I actually left your dealership because of his treatment. Even when I returned after phone discussions with Ejaz, Jonu wasn't pleasant in handling the financing, transferring of license plates, and actually trying to respect a customers time - the lone time he was nice was when he offered me 2 slices of pizza. Ultimately, I was at the dealership for over 4 hrs for what should have been a simple transaction. Ejaz was very nice (at least he listened to me and tried his best) and Reggie in finance was fine too. No customer should ever experience what I did - I would be hard pressed to recommend Lia to anyone. More

Reggie did the right thing. We bought a Certified Highlander in August from Lia Toyota of Rockland There was an issue with the vehicle that was addressed at the time of purchase We bought a Certified Highlander in August from Lia Toyota of Rockland There was an issue with the vehicle that was addressed at the time of purchase that was contingent on buying it. When the same issue reappeared a few months later, Reggie made good on the promise made to me at the time of purchase. He approved the repair work to be done and the problem was finally fixed. I am happy with the customer service here because the sales and service department worked together to correct the issue with my Highlander. Adam was also helpful with getting this issue fixed as well. More

Who knew buying a car could be such a breeze? My first time buying a car from Lia Toyota was as easy as could be, all thanks to the fantastic customer service I received from Ralph and Princeton. My first time buying a car from Lia Toyota was as easy as could be, all thanks to the fantastic customer service I received from Ralph and Princeton. Ralph welcomed me and initiated what would prove to be a very pleasurable car-buying experience. After listening to my desires and requirements for my ideal vehicle he introduced me to Princeton who joined us as we took a look at a few different vehicles on the lot. After a very easy selection process, expertly aided by Ralph and Princeton I went for a test drive with Princeton, while Ralph made sure that upon my return from the test drive that all of the other parts of the process would be as streamlined and effortless as possible for me. Princeton was very thorough in showing and explaining all of the car's different features, even helping me synch my iPhone, which I had no experience doing since my previous vehicles didn't have such capabilities. I could continue to detail how smooth the whole financing and paperwork process went, but I'd rather just wrap up by saying that as long as Ralph and Princeton continue to work at Lia Toyota of Rockland, they have gained a customer for life.
