Easily me best ever car buying experience I have been looking for a car for the past month or so. I've visited 6 or 7+ dealerships (multiple Toyota's, Honda's, Nissan's, etc.). While most dealerships are concerned about selling and pressuring you into buying a car, this dealership did not. My sales associate, Fitzroy Crooks, explained honestly what would be the best deal and the best fit for my situation. He did everything in his power to ensure that I had a positive experience. & after visiting so many dealerships, I can assure you that this dealership is the best way to go. All of the staff is friendly and willing to offer sound advice. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership, and I STRONGLY recommend working with Fitzroy Crooks. He will find you a great deal that meets your needs. After choosing a car, the financial associate, Jillian, took care of everything else. I'm a student and on a pretty tight budget. She went beyond her duty to help me find out what I could do to keep my car covered in case of any emergencies. She gave me her personal phone number and encouraged me to reach out to her if I needed anything. This dealership was a 20/10, could not have been any happier with my purchase. I felt right from the beginning that my Salesperson, Royce wasn't trying to "over sell." I didn't feel pressured at all. The dealership was agreeable to having my mechanic check out the Rav4 and even brought the car to my mechanic. When my mechanic pointed out that the rotors had some rust on them, the dealership replaced the rotors for me, even though they met the required standard for a certified pre-owned. Jillian in the finance department is so easy to work with. She made me feel very comfortable. Both Royce and Jillian made this a very stress free experience. More

Great Experience I am a strong believer in the Toyota brand. I had 2007 highlander with 239,000 miles and before that I had a Camry with over 150, 000 miles.
