Needed more time with the car. So Jean arranged for a loaner and the next day he called and said they had to order a part and it would arrive in a couple of days. It did and I got my car back. Jean was very courteous and communicated throughout the process. It was a very positive experience. I had left a CD in the CD player. A couple of days later I realized and called. Jean took care of it and retrieved it from the car with no hassle. THank you Jean Chery. More
