Then they take you to the lounge, where you actually feel like you're in a lounge and not a waiting area. This room connects the showroom and the maintenance Bay. But you can tell it was clearly built with the intention of giving you the best possible stay. I felt so bougie, that the only complaint would be that I didn't have a person waiting me at a table. Again due to how upscale this felt. I was very impressed at how clean and just well-rounded I felt being there. The customer service was very nice. I came in very early when it's just beginning to get busy, and the person that could not help me at the time looked at me and said, "I'll be with you in a moment".
