Leasing a Car during a Pandemic I was right in the middle of negotiating my next Prius Prime with Lia Toyota. With some back and forth negotiating with another dealership it was cl I was right in the middle of negotiating my next Prius Prime with Lia Toyota. With some back and forth negotiating with another dealership it was clear to me that I would be crazy not to return to the dealership closest to home especially when they were willing to match the deal I got elsewhere and then some. There was just something personal about how JIllian Delgado(manager) and Manny Rodriguez( salesman)were treating me in the process. After weighing my options, I was leasing a Prius Prime 2020 even though I was turning in the exact car PP 2017 in silver. I just loved it and wanted another one even though there weren't very many changes, so I needed a different look- RED! No problem. Jillian was on it- a tidal wave of energy and commitment. She could deliver and I made my decision, left a deposit and planned to wait out my lease on the 2017 but then COVID 19 happened and my new car waited patiently for me. Last week things were beginning to open up. I had a few things to do with my 2017 and Jillian and Manny were right there to move things along and remove those last bits of aggravation from my plate. My new PP 2020 is getting used to its new home. I am SURE that when I am ready for my service visits, Jillian and Manny will be around to check in with sincerity. It's hard to find that in the car business. Rare in my car buying experience. I"ll bet as you read this you are shaking your head in agreement.
