I had reached out to every dealer within a 75 mile radius of Manhattan an I had an excellent experience with Wayne Linteris at Lia Toyota of Rockland. I had reached out to every dealer within a 75 mile radius of Manhattan and ultimately decided to come to this location due to the Wayne's transparent and no-nonsense approach to service. I was able to get an immediate quote at a competitive price with no pressure to purchase, upgrade, or add additional options. Wayne handled all of the paperwork remotely including a dealer swap when I decided to upgrade to a higher trim late in my search. He explained all of the federal and state rebates as well as the incentives available from Toyota to help make my decision on a 2020 Prius Prime. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour on the day of pickup with not a minute wasted. While Wayne was showing me the features of my new car, Jillian prepared all of the dealership and DMV paperwork, explaining all of the important items. I'm happy to report that my permanent registration documents arrived in the mail yesterday. When I noticed that the Prius Prime emits loud beeps in reverse, Terry came by in between other engagements to disable it quickly before I left the dealership. He explained every step of what he was doing for my edification and invited me to come back at any time if I had questions for him. Although this dealership was a half hour drive away from Manhattan, I would not hesitate to come back should I ever need another vehicle. Every staff member I met greeted me with a smile and I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my entire visit. More
