I just purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacomma truck. As soon as I walked into the sales room my wife and I were treated very professionally. When we found the truck we wanted we dicussed our trade in and our an additional option we would like on the truck. We also meet NOAH CAHILLAN and we were able to work out the figures to close the deal. I would highly recommend PHIL REILLY and the LIA TOYOTA dealership. More

I appreciated the way nobody approached me and I could amble up and down the used lot without being hassled. Toward the end of my tour I spotted what I wanted-- a 2008 black Toyota 4Runner. Inside, I asked to see a sales rep and was introduced to Phil Reilly. He was low key, answered my questions and we were able to work out a deal. Who knows how much money a dealer makes; I don't, but I think Phil brokered an honest agreement. My only gripe with Lia is its coffee. The place should really get a Keurig single-serve, and should absolutely offer cream and milk instead of that powdery stuff that tastes like chalk. An assortment of the day's local newspapers to read would also be nice to read while waiting. I've had the vehicle for almost a week and am quite satisfied. I'm glad to have put in the effort that eventually led me to Northampton Toyota, which is about 35 miles from where I live in Northfield. More

There was so much to think about and to remember. But my experience at Lia Toyota of Northampton was completely positive, and I got a good deal. Phil Reilley, the excellent sales consultant whom I worked with, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained things carefully, thoroughly, and in a way that I could understand, and he made me comfortable and put me at ease. In addition, he was patient: When the particular car I wanted wasn't available on the lot, a search and order were done, and Phil kept me apprised of the car's status and of my options, even when I traveled out of the area for a few weeks. Once the car arrived and I made the purchase, he made sure that I understood all of the information presented to me. And, since my purchase, he's checked in to make certain I'm satisfied with the car and to see if I have any follow-up questions. I also appreciate the work of sales consultant Ryan Rourke and business manager Connie Grabowski. Ryan helped me when Phil was not available, while Connie clearly and thoroughly explained the financing, service options, and paperwork. Connie was genuinely concerned with what my particular needs were and made what I thought would be a daunting part of the purchase of a car smooth and easy. I highly recommend Lia Toyota of Northampton and heartily thank Phil, Connie, and Ryan for their enthusiasm and great work! More

Phil Reilly is the best car sales person my husband and I have dealt with over the years in which we have purchased 9 new vehicles. I went back to Lia several times to drive the Rav 4 and really took some time to make my decision. Phil was extremely patient with me, answering my questions and doing it with a sense of humor. When I finally reached a decision, Phil was very accommodating in finding me the exact Rav that I wanted. He never tried to pressure me into a different car for a faster sale. Phil really knows his Toyotas and he went though a very thorough explanation of my new vehicle as well as all warranty information. I actually enjoyed purchasing my new car from Phil and Lia of Northampton. We will definitely return to Lia and Phil when it is time for another car. More

Sam was attentive, polite, caring, “REAL”, a good listener and a gentleman. When it was time for me to learn about my new SUV he was a great presenter. I left the dealer with no doubt I had the very best deal (it was very good) and an amazing support network that really cared about me and the Toyota product/name. I have owned Jeep (not good), Subaru (not much better), Honda (very good) and a few Ford trucks (Good). All were purchased from dealers. This Toyota experience is light years ahead of the other experiences. And, hey, I have to put in a good word for Vito the Sales Manager and Dave in Finance. I really enjoyed the “buying a Toyota 4 Runner” experience. Buying an auto can be so stressful and it is a business but these Toyota representatives go way above and beyond to make absolutely sure you are satisfied and every detail is taken care of. The process was clear. The options and offers were great. The support for even after market accessories was stellar. The facility is phenomenal, the Wi-Fi room, kids space, the AMAZING car care/service center is huge and you could eat off the floor. Even the bathrooms are above and beyond. I even enjoyed the eclectic music/atmosphere/areas and seating. Golly, this sound goofy. If you have bought a car before you may know what a contrast I am talking about here? I was in sales many years ago. It is not an easy job. This is a place that I could have worked at with pride. My expectations of the normal car sales experience was “rocked”. Bottom line, I have no problem recommending Lia Toyota of Northampton, Sammy Rahab and the whole crew. My only regret is not going to this dealer and Toyota sooner. More
