First time buyer treated me great and we’re Able to help out as much as they could
Overall the service is great. It has been 5 months since the replacement molding was ordered for my panoramic sunroof. Please explain why new one can’t be sent directly from factory where new models are manufactured.

Jeremy Pease was great - didn't pressure me, and didn't come across as overly "salesy." Appreciated that he made sure to get the car properly cleaned and some minor repairs done (it was used).
The salesman was very understanding and personable and put no pressure on me whatsoever. He worked really hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and at a price that I was happy with.
