I just purchased a 2011 Toyota SUV from Lia Toyota of Northampton and was very pleased with the sales experience. Chris Mattei was professional, knowledgeable, easy-going, friendly, and most of all, did Northampton and was very pleased with the sales experience. Chris Mattei was professional, knowledgeable, easy-going, friendly, and most of all, did not pressure me in the least. Rob Kassam was also very knowlegable and took the time to explain the various financing options available to me and to check around to get the best possible deal. He also gave me some great tips to save money over the life of the loan. The vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised, complete with the tow hitch installed, a new plate, registration, inspection sticker, and freshly cleaned. I would recommend Lia Toyota of Northampton, and specifically Chris Mattei if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More

The price I was quoted was $500 higher than the price for the same car (same VIN nu Beware! I asked for an email quote on a new 2013 Toyota Camry. The price I was quoted was $500 higher than the price for the same car (same VIN number) on their website. When I went in, I was told by the sales manager that he would match any price, which he did. I wanted to take advantage of the 0% 60 Toyota financing, and my quote had a table showing monthly payments. I asked if this was the 0% 60 financing, and the sales manager said ye. However, when I multiplied the number of payments by the monthly payment, the total was more than $2000 higher than the quote. I didn't discover this until after I had left, but you can bet I won't go back there again. More
We bought a used car from you 3 or 4 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. The first week we took the car in because it had unusual creaking from below. They lubed it and said it was ok. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. Offered me a low trade in vs Kelly blue book I objected to the price she went to ask the sales manager Garven if there was more she came ba a dealer. If this dealership is trying to be #1 in customer service they have a long way to go. My husband is an executive at a very large company and if he treated his customers the way this company treated us they would not be in business. Holly was the sales rep and certainly has a lot to learn about how to deal with customers. I was in sales for a Broker for many years and with an attitude like that I would never have lasted. She fell short of being good and was totally rude. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone ...stay away More

We found a vehicle online at Lia Toyota and we took a drive out to see it. We ended up buying the vehicle and Lia had it ready to go - registered, insured, sales tax paid - very quickly! Every time I get my car serviced at Lia Toyota of Northampton I am very pleased with my service. The service front end staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
