Lindsay left her desk and greeted us in the service bay, introduced herself, took right over to get the process started. To say she effervesced would be putting it mildly. There are a lot of negative stories about car dealerships and what supposedly goes on in them. None of these applied to Lia Toyota. Chris Mattei is an exemplary part of the Lia Sales Team. I went to several local Toyota dealerships in Western Mass and CT. The customer service at Lia Toyota cannot be rivaled. I purchased my car through Phil in sales. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. The selection of Rav4s was also much better than at the other dealerships. After testing and choosing to buy a 2015 Rav4 XLE, the buying process was so smooth and easy! I spent just a few hours at the dealership and was able to leave with my new car the very same day! They also gave me a very fair/generous offer for my trade in. I went back a few days later and Phil sat with me and answered all questions I had come up with regarding my new vehicle. Extremely happy with my purchase and with Lia Toyota! Will be recommending them to friends and family. More
