Chris went out of his way to show us the features of tldn't put in our budget. He then went into the computer to find a similar car without the moonroof at a lower price which was available at another tldn't put in our budget. He was more than willing to go get the car monday so that we could see it. As we reviewed the features it appeared the wheels on the car were smaller than on the car we had seen. Noting our concern he went out to the lot in the rain searching with a car with the smaller wheels. He than found a car closer to what we had seen with the larger wheels. He negotiated a price in our range with management and arranged for us to see it and drive it the next day. After driving the car he further worked on the price and our concerns. It should be noted that most of his running around was done after closing and in the rain. More

When we returned to Lia we discovered Adam had been promoted to salesmanager. Once again he went above and beyond to make the purchase very smooth and enjoyable. Adam was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend him to my freinds and family. Very modern and clean store, employees friendly and knowledgable, great selection of cars. A week later I purchased a used camry through Andrew who was fantastic (professional,personable, kind, sincere, very helpful, and one who went aboveeee and beyond to have a great experience!! My wife and I shopped at Lia Toyota in Northampton in early November 2013 to replace our 2007 Tacoma with a new, updated model. We decided to duplicate the Double Cab 5' bed which was what we were used t early November 2013 to replace our 2007 Tacoma with a new, updated model. We decided to duplicate the Double Cab 5' bed which was what we were used to and worked well for us giving us utility and room for our grandchildren to sit in the back. When it came time choose a color we picked Barcelona Red which was not available on the lot so it was decided since one could not be found locally to swap that it would be ordered from the factory. After some delays in manufacturing we took delivery on January 18. The sales process went smoothly given a change in salesperson partway through. After the internal change of salesman we were lucky to work with Chris Mattei. Chris was very good about follow up and keeping us informed of the progress of manufacture and shipment. Chris also has excellent product knowledge. We also had a unique request to save the tonneau cover from the old truck so we could use it on the new one. Chris took personal charge to make sure we were able to accomplish that. It was a big help to us. If there comes a time to need another vehicle I would certainly look to work with Chris at Lia of Northampton. More

It was an absolute pleasure buying my new Toyota Tacoma at Lia Northampton. Every part of my experience was excellent. However, most important was the salesman, Chris Mattei. Instead of going to other dealerships in Springfield and Greenfield, I went to Lia Toyota in Northampton to buy my new 2014 Avalon Limited. I had previously purchased two new Avalons in 2006 and 2011 from Greenfield, I went to Lia Toyota in Northampton to buy my new 2014 Avalon Limited. I had previously purchased two new Avalons in 2006 and 2011 from this dealership with the help of Joe Kaslauskas. The main reason I went there is that I have confidence in Joe's advice & expertise, and in a word, I trust him. I have been a realtor for 20 years, and my business depends on referrals for the same reason, reliable, trustworthy service. He represented my position well with his manager with regard to negotiating the price of a new and a used Avalon. Over the years I could always ask Joe questions an 'shoot the breeze.' He kept me in the loop while the dealership was trying to obtain the car I wanted (the color), and he handled masterfully all the tedious details of registration and de-registration. He patiently answered any question I had, and he helped me move all my stuff from one Avalon to the other at dinnertime! Also, Ron Duda was a helpful ally in this process. With his technical expertise - he came from the Lexus dealership-, he transferred my phone contacts, helped me with the Navigation and with the registration on Pandora and On Table, etc. I could ask Ron any question, too, and it is obvious that Ron and Joe work as a team for the benefit of the customer. I appreciated the manager shaking my hand on two occasions and emphasizing that I could call upon him anytime. And the owner of the dealership was instrumental in getting the Avalon Limited with all the features and color I wanted from his former dealership in Westbury, CT. He had searched all over MA previously. I should add that the service department (the lady with the English accent in particular, Lenzie I think) has been consistently helpful since 2006 until now. All in all, this is a great dealership, because each person does his job well and offers reliable service. Remember, though, it was Joe who brought me back there for the third time! More
