He was personable, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. But the truth is, I really didn't like the Prius. Not the right car for me, not the right car for the kind of Winter we're having in MA! So I called Joe a few weeks ago and he invited me to come in. Again I found him incredibly helpful, particularly attuned to what I was hoping for in my next car. Not only did he help me select a Scion (which I LOVE), he also worked out a fair deal in terms of buying out my lease on the Prius and setting me up with a new one. (FYI: Lindsey from the Service Department was also helpful with an informal consultation because she owns a Scion) Great customer service is a dying art. Working with Joe was a total pleasure. More
