I went to several local Toyota dealerships in Western Mass and CT. The customer service at Lia Toyota cannot be rivaled. I purchased my car through Phil in sales. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. The selection of Rav4s was also much better than at the other dealerships. After testing and choosing to buy a 2015 Rav4 XLE, the buying process was so smooth and easy! I spent just a few hours at the dealership and was able to leave with my new car the very same day! They also gave me a very fair/generous offer for my trade in. I went back a few days later and Phil sat with me and answered all questions I had come up with regarding my new vehicle.
