He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. The selection of Rav4s was also much better than at the other dealerships. After testing and choosing to buy a 2015 Rav4 XLE, the buying process was so smooth and easy! I spent just a few hours at the dealership and was able to leave with my new car the very same day! They also gave me a very fair/generous offer for my trade in. I went back a few days later and Phil sat with me and answered all questions I had come up with regarding my new vehicle.
