We selected a couple of used cars for me to test drive and I fell in love with a 2011 Rav4 which I ended up buying the same day I came in to look. Surprise ending! No charge! I drive a 2007 Lexus. The oil light wouldn't go off even though we had just had a routine oil change. Not only did I get a next day appointment for I drive a 2007 Lexus. The oil light wouldn't go off even though we had just had a routine oil change. Not only did I get a next day appointment for help, the Lexus technician made the adjustment which solved the problem in just a few seconds and then, to my great delight, we were not charged the $104.00 diagnostic fee. Lindsay was the service rep who checked us in and out. She was friendly, professional, and cheerful as she expedited our visit. I'm glad this was taken care of easily near to home and that I did not have to drive to a dealership at a greater distance from home. More
