Surprise ending! No charge! I drive a 2007 Lexus. The oil light wouldn't go off even though we had just had a routine oil change. Not only did I get a next day appointment for I drive a 2007 Lexus. The oil light wouldn't go off even though we had just had a routine oil change. Not only did I get a next day appointment for help, the Lexus technician made the adjustment which solved the problem in just a few seconds and then, to my great delight, we were not charged the $104.00 diagnostic fee. Lindsay was the service rep who checked us in and out. She was friendly, professional, and cheerful as she expedited our visit. I'm glad this was taken care of easily near to home and that I did not have to drive to a dealership at a greater distance from home. More

Does that prove how well they are doing at Kia!!! Everyone at Kia is eager to please. That is why I always go back for sales and service. More

A Good Experience! Did some research on line first and then went to the lot to check out the cars. Worked with Joe K and looked at two Avalon hybrids. Took both home to show my wife and get a feel for each. I really appreciated this accommodation. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgable without being "high pressure." I ended up buying one of the Avalons and found everyone there at the showroom to be helpful, engaged, and honest with me. Plus, it was a great deal! I highly recommend this business. More

(Too late to get it when we got the vehicle) As it was our first visit to service, we were a little unsure as to what was required of us, even though our salesperson, Chris Mattei was very clear about that the night before. Lindsay left her desk and greeted us in the service bay, introduced herself, took right over to get the process started. To say she effervesced would be putting it mildly. Lindsay is a definite asset to Lia Toyota and should be recognized as such. It will be our pleasure to request her when the need for service arises. Thanks Lindsay !!!!! More

If Chris didn't have an answer to our questions, he went and got it instead of making something up, or telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. We went to Lia Toyota to see if the Rav4 advertised, met our needs and ended up driving a New Toyota Rav 4 home that evening. There are a lot of negative stories about car dealerships and what supposedly goes on in them. None of these applied to Lia Toyota. Chris Mattei is an exemplary part of the Lia Sales Team. We suggest you request Chris to help you fulfill your automotive needs. More
