Robert Aston and the rest of the staff worked with us and with our budget and helped get us out of our rental car which was draining our bank account. They kept in touch throughout the process and although there was a few delays we were kept well informed and our happily driving our new Camry. More

My previous Rav 4 was a 2003 with 147,000 miles and needed some work so I decide Chris Mattei at Lia Toyota of Northampton helped me buy a used Rav 4. My previous Rav 4 was a 2003 with 147,000 miles and needed some work so I decided to replace it. I had been happy with the Rav4 and told that to Chris. We selected a couple of used cars for me to test drive and I fell in love with a 2011 Rav4 which I ended up buying the same day I came in to look. I wasn't expecting the buying process to be so quick but Chris helped me through it and even helped me move the things in my old car to the new one. I felt that Chris was being honest with me and very helpful in my decision making. Thanks Chris for making the whole process easier than I ever expected! More
