Oil consumption test Recently had RAV 4 in for oil consumption test as it uses a lot of oil! This required two visits. The service rep. who checked us in was very pleasant Recently had RAV 4 in for oil consumption test as it uses a lot of oil! This required two visits. The service rep. who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful explaining the process. It did take a long time to get essentially an oil change(over 2 hrs). On the return visit things were much quicker and the service rep. ( Caroline Babinski ) was again very pleasant and helpful. Our one huge disappointment is with Toyota itself in that 1 quart of oil used in 1100 miles passes their test. That is approx. 5 qts of oil needed every recommended oil change interval. Seems very excessive to me!!! More

Great customer service I went in with my girlfriend as she was looking for a new car. She traded hers in,got good money for it and got into a brand new Rav 4 for only $20 a I went in with my girlfriend as she was looking for a new car.
