Went in for service and left buying a new Prius. I had been considering buying a new Prius so I spoke with a sales rep named Jon Maki. Mr Maki is a true professional and gives his clients all the time they need and you never feel pressured or rushed. He actually came in on his day off to show me the same car in another color & then ended up staying most of the day finalizing the sale & making sure I could take the car that day for an extended trip the following day. Like we're family We are so happy with our 2008 Prius - that's right - it's 7 years old and has gone over 230,000 miles and NOTHING HAS EVER GONE WRONG WITH IT. I guess We are so happy with our 2008 Prius - that's right - it's 7 years old and has gone over 230,000 miles and NOTHING HAS EVER GONE WRONG WITH IT. I guess the reason is the scheduled preventative maintenance that we do which is recommended every 5,000 miles. The whole service department team is great but we especially like working with Lindsey Firmani who treats us like family. As family she is on top of everything and has us fix, tune or replace a part before it becomes a problem. More

I bought a 2013 scion tc sweet care... even days after the sale chris and lia were still looking out for me i had seen a slice in my side wall on one of the tires and the tires in the front were a different tread then the ones in the back chris and all the great people at lia stepped right up and are putting four brand new tires on the car at NO COST to me !!!!! that is huge THANK YOU !!! chris and Lia More
