Treated like a moron After doing a fair amount of online research and pricing out as many leases as possible online it seemed that a lease for a 2015 RAV4 was a pretty dec After doing a fair amount of online research and pricing out as many leases as possible online it seemed that a lease for a 2015 RAV4 was a pretty decent deal. With a fair amount of knowledge garnered from online research in regards to how leases work I figured I would price some out. Now I don't have stellar credit and I also have a good amount of negative equity to roll over into a lease, making me not the most prized leasee or a dealers dream. However, I felt like this dealership didn't want to deal with me or be helpful in the least. The salesmen that helped me, I think his name was Justin, was nice enough. But I was quoted with my credit at a lease of $650 a month for 36 months with my equity rolled in. Now this makes absolutely no sense.. that means that take out my likely 3500 of negative rollover that I am paying 20000 for a car that has a 61% residual value.. making my loan amount around 11,000... so If you do the math somehow I am paying 10000 in interest.. thats nearly impossible. After this news I was then informed that even with a cosigner it would only take me down to $600 a month. They then tried to stick me in a used car which I explicitly explained I was not interested in. Needless to say that I left. I've since been to another Toyota dealership where I've been quoted with a lease well under $400 a month with my negative roll over included. I felt like they sized me up as an uneducated female and figured they would try and pull one over on me. I was extremely insulted at how I was treated and would never ever go back or recommend this dealer. More

Went in for service and left buying a new Prius. I had been considering buying a new Prius so I spoke with a sales rep named Jon Maki. He was at his desk & I asked if he could answer a few questions I had been considering buying a new Prius so I spoke with a sales rep named Jon Maki. He was at his desk & I asked if he could answer a few questions about the 2015. I was not planning on getting that day but... I had a new car 2 days later. Mr Maki is a true professional and gives his clients all the time they need and you never feel pressured or rushed. He actually came in on his day off to show me the same car in another color & then ended up staying most of the day finalizing the sale & making sure I could take the car that day for an extended trip the following day. I know nothing about cars and so it could have been overwhelming and stressful had I not had the expert help from Mr. Bielski. From the moment I entered the dealership showroom, he treated us with respect and kindness. He was patient and encouraged me to test drive a variety of cars so I could narrow down what car met our needs. Mr. Belilski explained our options and took the time to carefully explain the features of each auto. In the end we decided on the PruisV. The process of making the purchase was very efficient. The gentleman who processed our contract was helpful and customized our purchase. The entire process was positive and painless. I would recommend stopping to shop at Lia Toyota and asking for Jerzy Bielski's help with your next purchase. More
Like we're family We are so happy with our 2008 Prius - that's right - it's 7 years old and has gone over 230,000 miles and NOTHING HAS EVER GONE WRONG WITH IT. I guess We are so happy with our 2008 Prius - that's right - it's 7 years old and has gone over 230,000 miles and NOTHING HAS EVER GONE WRONG WITH IT. I guess the reason is the scheduled preventative maintenance that we do which is recommended every 5,000 miles. The whole service department team is great but we especially like working with Lindsey Firmani who treats us like family. As family she is on top of everything and has us fix, tune or replace a part before it becomes a problem. More
