NON CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN ANY PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT, NEVER MIND A VEHICLE. THE MANAGER IS THE WORST. When we bought it no one knew how long the hybrid We have a 2008 Prius with just about 300,000 miles on it. Nothing major has ever gone wrong with it. When we bought it no one knew how long the hybrid battery and system would last. 100,000 miles was the speculation. At 300,000 miles we are still getting 42.3 MPG. Yes, it's a great car but I think the most important thing is preventive maintenance regimen that has been overseen by Lia's service consultant Lindsay Firmani. At every stage of our car's life cycle Lindsay has provided thoughtful advice and recommendations. Having a relationship with Lindsay is like having a relative in the business. We feel taken care of and safe. More

The best experince ive ever had at any dealership!! The morning I decided to get a new car I went to a couple dealerships to see what they could do for me. I went to jeep Chrysler in chicopee and they were rude and just laughed at me. Didn't help at all. I went to a couple of other ones and there wasn't anything that liked. So we drove by Lia Toyota of Northampton and stopped by. Right away the service was excellent they were nice and let us look at several cars also answered all the questions that we had for them. Korean O'Sullivan was our sales person and he was great! He helped us get out car right away. I wasn't expecting to leave with a new car that week and I got one in two days. I could have been one of I got their earlier in the day. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I definitely will come back her for future cars and recommend that anyone who is looking for a new/ used car should come go there!
