He listened to my explanation of the problem and effectively communicated to the technician. I was pleased with the outcome and feel confident the tech knows what was going on with my vehicle. Elvin went over and above when he picked me up from my place of employment with his own vehicle when the shuttle was late coming back into town. Now that's service! Dirty Bootprints I had to get an inspection sticker from the Toyota dealer, When the car was returned it had Bootprints on my new carpet. If i put up a complaint..
