Brought 2009 Prius in for low beams not working. Invoice reports one bulb changed and low beams still not working. Service manager states everything checked out fine per tech. The repair work on my car was first rate. David Spafford kept me appraised of what was going on with the repair, which was quite extensive. As the other Toyota dealer in the area has a poor reputation, I’ll end up buying a different make. This will fall on deaf ears as I don’t think they care. More
