This was my first time going to Lia Toyota. I was so lucky to work with David Spafford. He was personable, attentive, and treated my truck like his own. Lia Toyota is not the best dealership I’ve been to and the service dept leaves a lot to be desired. That being said, one associate went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Brought 2009 Prius in for low beams not working. Invoice reports one bulb changed and low beams still not working. Service manager states everything checked out fine per tech. The repair work on my car was first rate. David Spafford kept me appraised of what was going on with the repair, which was quite extensive. However, I’m less than happy with the sales side David Spafford kept me appraised of what was going on with the repair, which was quite extensive. However, I’m less than happy with the sales side of the shop and will probably never buy a vehicle from them again. As the other Toyota dealer in the area has a poor reputation, I’ll end up buying a different make. This will fall on deaf ears as I don’t think they care. More
