Lied to Long story short, we were told by the salesman that the car was certified. Then at final paperwork signing, we were told NO the car was NOT certified Long story short, we were told by the salesman that the car was certified. Then at final paperwork signing, we were told NO the car was NOT certified and they attempted to sell an extended warranty but said that it was "included in the payment" in such a way that made it appear as though they were including it not adding MORE to the payment. This was untrue...the charge for the warranty would be $3300 over the life of the loan. When we went to walk away, the finance salesman Koren, left the office then came back 3 minutes later and said "Great news! The car IS certified!" BUT they did not have ANY paperwork to prove this and claimed we'd get the paperwork upon delivery of the vehicle. The whole thing didn't sound right so we left. The next day, the salesman Jerzy called my husband and said that "they know how much your wife loved the car so they'd certify it at no additional cost if we went through with the deal." Wait so NOW the car IS NOT certified again???? WHAT? Lies, tricks, games. Don't buy here! More
